Corn Stock

This is a delicious stock to use for pumpkin and sweet corn soup
Ingredients
3 cobs of corn
2.5 L of water
Method
Remove husks and silks from corn and place into large stock pot
Cut corn kernels off cob. (reserve kernels for eating)
Place cobs into stock pot with husks and add water
Bring to boil them turn heat down to simmer
Simmer for 2-3 hours or until liquid no longer has water like taste
