Flaxseed Bliss balls

Ingredients
Makes 4
4 tbs Flaxseeds/Linseeds
6 Medjool Dates
6 tsp sesame seeds
Method
Measure the flaxseeds into a grinder and blend into a meal
Remove the pips from the dates and add into the ground flaxseed
Blend to a consistent texture, it will still look meal like
Turn into a mixing bowl and press the mixture together
Divide mixture into 4
Roll into balls
Roll the balls in sesame seeds, you will need to roll them firmly so the sesame seeds stick
Store in an air tight container, ideally in the fridge.
Enjoy one each day
*I don't recommend make more than double this recipe at a time, flaxseeds contain oils that can become oxidised over time when exposed to heat, oxygen and light.
