Flaxseed Bliss balls


Makes 4

  • 4 tbs Flaxseeds/Linseeds

  • 6 Medjool Dates

  • 6 tsp sesame seeds


  • Measure the flaxseeds into a grinder and blend into a meal

  • Remove the pips from the dates and add into the ground flaxseed

  • Blend to a consistent texture, it will still look meal like

  • Turn into a mixing bowl and press the mixture together

  • Divide mixture into 4

  • Roll into balls

  • Roll the balls in sesame seeds, you will need to roll them firmly so the sesame seeds stick

  • Store in an air tight container, ideally in the fridge.

  • Enjoy one each day

*I don't recommend make more than double this recipe at a time, flaxseeds contain oils that can become oxidised over time when exposed to heat, oxygen and light.
