Ryan's Bircher Muesli



Ingredients

  • 2 cup whole rolled oats (old fashioned oats)

  • 1/2 cup psyllium husks

  • 2 ½ cups almond milk or coconut water

  • 400 ml coconut milk

  • ½ cup yogurt (Cow, Sheep, Goat, Buffalo or Coconut)



Method

  • Measure the oats and psyllium husks into a bowl

  • Stir in the liquids and yogurt until combined

  • Stir another 3-4 times with 5 minute intervals. The oats and psyllium will be absorbing the liquid and stirring will help you to avoid the mixture from clumping

  • Sore in a container in the fridge until you are ready to serve

To serve Scoop ½ - 1 cup of the soaked porridge into your serving bowl Top with your choice of fresh berries, goji berries, pepitas, almonds, cacao nibs, sesame seeds, shredded coconut, chia seeds.
