Yogurt Dressing

Ingredients
1 cup of plain yogurt
1 tablespoon of tahini
2 cloves roasted garlic (optional)
Pinch salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Squeeze lemon juice
2 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander
Method
Stir tahini in a bowl to ensure there are no lumps
If adding garlic add now and stir until smooth
Stir in yogurt until thoroughly combined
Squeeze in lemon juice
Add salt and pepper to taste
