Yogurt Dressing


  • 1 cup of plain yogurt

  • 1 tablespoon of tahini

  • 2 cloves roasted garlic (optional)

  • Pinch salt

  • Freshly ground black pepper

  • Squeeze lemon juice

  • 2 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander


  • Stir tahini in a bowl to ensure there are no lumps

  • If adding garlic add now and stir until smooth

  • Stir in yogurt until thoroughly combined

  • Squeeze in lemon juice

Add salt and pepper to taste
